Owner of Metro Mailing Service and intricately involved in the day-to-day operations of the business. Has created many production lines and procedures for all types of mailing applications. Strong aptitude in development and engineering. Started Metro Mailing Service with 5 employees and now employs about 100. Started the company using a 5,000 square foot building and by the end of 1999 has expanded into a state of the art 115,000 square foot facility.

Strong background in program development and consulting. Helped in the start – up of shared mail projects for companies that include the Oakland Tribune, Contra Costa News and the Sacramento Bee.


Tony Falcone
Director of Operations

Over 15 years of experience in mail preparation, project management, inventory control and production methodologies.

Manage all aspects of the production facility. Plan and organize facilities print and mail operations. Extensive postal knowledge with background in data processing of various formats of lists and data. On hands experience with all mail processing equipment, from laser imaging to plastic card embossing. Responsible for new project start-ups and their implementation.

Interacts with Postal Management, vendors for outsourcing/purchasing and equipment manufacturers. Provides assistance and support for all areas of operations
